Processing
Ready-to-ship items are prepared within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces follow the timeline agreed with you.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery are shown at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Local Pickup
Every item can be picked up locally at no charge. Choose Pickup at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready.
Returns
Unused ready-to-ship items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first to start a return; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Final Sale Items
Custom, personalized and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, except for damage in transit.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email erikasartisandesigns13@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging and we'll make it right.
